Is there a minimum term?

For any website design plan we ask for a 6 month minimum term, to allow us to design, build and launch your website, and make sure its in a strong position, after which you can cancel your subscription at anytime.

For the graphic design plan there is no minimum term. Cancel anytime.

What if I don't like the design?

No problem, we will continue to revise the design until you are completely happy.

It's very important to us that the design and communication is top notch - so both you and the audience are happy.

Can I get a refund if we're not happy with the service?

It's highly unlikely that you'll not like the service, as the quality of work is high and the value for money is unmatched.

Sadly, we do not offer refunds. But if you do have any issues with our service, please contact us.
