Why not hire our own designer?

This is certainly an option, but to get the same level of skill diversity, quantity and quality of work done in-house you would need:

1 x Senior Designer with an average monthly salary in the UAE of AED 25k.

Not only would it take time to interview, validate and process the equivalent high-calibre senior designer in the region, but their total average monthly salary would be in excess of AED 25k (plus benefits etc).

So, for a fraction of the cost and stress, we could be working on your first high-quality design request within minutes.

It's a no brainer and makes complete business sense.

What happens after we sign up?

After you sign-up, you'll receive a confirmation email from us and then shortly afterwards another to access your Trello board where you'll be able to start requesting your first design tasks. Here you can build a queue of design requests and prioritise them accordingly for us to complete.

Is there a minimum term?

For the Graphic Hub plan there is no minimum term. Cancel anytime.

For the UX/UI Enhance plan there is no minimum term. Cancel anytime.

For the Website Suite plan we ask for a 6 month minimum term, to allow us to design, build and launch your website, and make sure its in a strong position, after which you can cancel your subscription at anytime.

How many brands can we use?

We limit 1 brand per account to be able to maximise efficiency, speed and quality of work. We typically work with startups and single brand companies so this has never been an issue.However, if do you have multiple brands under one roof which you'd like to use Inbluum for, please contact us and we'll be able to provide and effective solution.

When will I get my design request?

We work on your design requests 1 at a time and in order of priority. Expect a 1-4 day turnaround time based on scope.

What are unlimited design requests?

With all our subscription plans you can request as many or as little design tasks as needed. Meaning you are not limited to how many you can submit - ever. We work on each request 1 at a time and in order of your priority (which you control via the Trello board). This also includes unlimited revisions, meaning if you have any tweaks or amends we will work on the design until you are 100% satisfied.

How do we make a design request?

After you sign up we'll email you a link to access your Inbluum Trello board, where you can log as many design requests as you need - no limits. On this board you can also easily prioritise your design tasks and check what status it's at - Kanban style.

We will work on 1 task at a time and when it's done (and you're 100% satisfied) we move on to the next.

This is the main tool we use to communicate with you and manage your design requests - to maximise efficiency.

What if I don't like the design?

No problem, we will continue to revise the design until you are completely happy.

It's very important to us that all designs, user experience and interface is of the highest quality and showcases your business, product or service in the best possible light.

Can I get a refund?

It's highly unlikely that you'll not like the service, as the quality of work is high and the value for money is unmatched. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with a design we have submitted, we will revise until you're completely satisfied (at no extra cost), this is included as part of your subscription.Sadly, we do not offer refunds. But if you do have any issues with our service, please contact us.
