The exact scope of work is defined per proposal, agreement, or statement of work.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance. Business growth and results depend on many factors beyond our control, including client implementation, market conditions, and third party platforms.

4. Fees and payments
Fees, timelines, and payment terms are agreed in writing prior to work commencing. Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:Inbluum retains ownership of its methodologies, processes, tools, and brand assetsClients retain ownership of deliverables once payment obligations are met.

6. Third party platforms
Our services may rely on third party platforms, software, or tools. Inbluum is not responsible for changes, outages, limitations, or failures of third party services.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbluum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
