Once you sign up, we’ll email you a link to your Inbluum Trello board. Here, you can log unlimited design requests, prioritise tasks, and track progress in a Kanban style. We focus on one task at a time, ensuring it's to your liking before moving on to the next. This streamlined system maximises efficiency and keeps communication clear and simple.

Most design requests are completed within 1-3 working days. However, complex requests might take a bit longer. For larger projects like website or app designs, we break them down into smaller tasks to ensure a steady and timely turnaround.

For our 'Graphics Hub' and 'UX/UI Enhance' unlimited plans, there is no minimum term – you can pause or cancel anytime.

However, the 'Website Suite' plan requires a minimum term of 5 months. This timeframe allows us to design, develop, and test your website thoroughly. After the website goes live, you can either cancel your subscription or downgrade to continue receiving UX/UI and graphical updates, ensuring ongoing efficiency and consistency in our trusted partnership.

You'll receive a detailed PDF report of our findings with best practice listings for each page, as well as suggested improvements listed in order of priority based on harmfulness to the users’ experience. We can walk you through the report and audit findings and recommendations via a conference call.

You and your internal UX/UI website/app team can use this report to initiate the improvements to your website/app, or we can provide the designs for you through our UX/UI Enhance design subscription.
